Day attempt, and then up to 10 additional attempts at the Next Day
rate.

business. Orders must be ready by 1:00 pm for Bay Area services and 2:00
pm for San Francisco services.
- Residence Addresses: Service will be attempted within 24 hours of
receipt. Orders must be ready by 4:00 pm.
- One attempt is included. Up to 10 additional attempts will be made
at the Next Day rate.

- Business Addresses: Service will be attempted within 24 hours of
receipt.
- Residence Addresses: Service will be attempted within 36 hours of
receipt.
- One attempt is included. Up to 10 additional attempts will be made
at the Routine rate.
